I’m not a dancer. Can I still do this?

Absolutely. Mamma Moves™ isn’t about looking good, it’s about feeling good. This is suitable for all levels, no dance experience required. During each class, the instructor provides modifications and encourages you to choose what feels

right for you.

Is this safe for pregnancy?

Yes. The method is evidence-informed and intentionally created for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

You’ll be guided to move in ways that feel supportive, never forced. You can always modify or skip anything

that doesn’t feel right.

What if I’m postpartum not pregnant?

You’re in the right place. Mamma Moves™ is for pregnancy through two years postpartum and includes postpartum specific classes that help you gently rebuild strength, mobility, and connection with your body and core without pushing too hard,

too fast. Another amazing thing about the Mamma Jamma Dance Method is that the same moves that are beneficial for

birth prep are also beneficial for recovery, but for different reasons.

What if I can’t make the live classes?

No stress replays are always available inside your member portal within 24 hours.

What if I’m already doing other workouts?

Mamma Moves™ can complement what you’re already doing or stand completely on its own.

Think of it as a method that supports your entire system (muscles, fascia, nervous system, breath, mindset),

not just a workout.

What if I’m in my third trimester? Is it too late?

Nope. Some of the biggest shifts happen in the final weeks. Whether you're 8 weeks in or 38 weeks along,

Do I need any equipment?

Not really. The main thing you need is a little space to move and a device to press play. I encourage you to use a yoga mat. You might occasionally use a chair, pillow, or wall for support but we keep it simple and home-friendly.

How soon can I start after birth?

The Postpartum Reconnect Series is designed to support early healing through breathwork and gentle movement.
